How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes, at JOMO Studio, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. We use FSC-certified wood, organic textiles, and recycled packaging materials whenever possible.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
